I plan on making Grilled Peaches with Ice Cream today or tomorrow evening. I was just going to cut up some peaches and throw em in with Vanilla ice cream and then I found this recipe. The timing couldn’t be more perfect as I have some fresh peaches, vanilla ice cream and Cruzan Rum which I picked up the other day. (Cruzan is made in St. Croix as I discovered on our honeymoon). Claudia Pearson does phenomenal illustrations. Food + drawings: gotta love it. I’m obsessed with food and eating. You would think I’d be 500lbs or something. Thank god I take care of myself. Oh, and let it be know I eat healthfully too. I’ve never even had red meat or pork. Check out the full recipe.
